Please join us for the 17th Annual Bulldog BBQ and Silent Auction on
Tuesday, August 30th from 5:00 pm – 7:30 pm (Note new end time)

ESSENTIAL FORMS and FAST PASSES
In order for you to receive your class schedule at the Bulldog BBQ, you must present either a valid FAST PASS voucher or bring your essential forms with you.
What are the essential forms? There are three essential forms required: 1) Emergency Care Information Form, 2) Health Information Form, 3) FCPS Participation Form
How do I get the essential forms? The essential forms may be found on the Westfield High School home page. Just click the http://www.fcps.edu/WestfieldHS/students/studentpacket/packet.html link.
How do I earn a FAST PASS at the Bulldog BBQ? By turning in your forms early, you will bypass the form collection line at the BBQ!
When can I turn in the essential forms and get a FAST PASS? You may drop off your essential forms at Westfield High School during the following days and times:
Wednesday, August 24th 8:00 am – 3:00 pm (main office)
Thursday, August 25th 8:00 am – 3:00 pm (main office)
Friday, August 26th 8:00 am – 3:00 pm (main office)
Monday, August 29th 9:00 am – 1:00 pm (lobby)
NO FAST PASSES WILL BE AVAILABLE during office hours on Tuesday, August 30th.
SLOW PASS during BBQ. You may still turn in your forms at the Bulldog BBQ, but you may have to stand in line a little bit longer during the BBQ.

We still need over 50 volunteers to help make the Bulldog BBQ a success. Please donate an extra hour or two. Add your name to the Sign-up Genius page at http://www.signupgenius.com/go/whsbulldog.

PICK UP YOUR CLASS SCHEDULE AT THE BBQ
Please visit the appropriate location to pick up your class schedule. Volunteers will be available throughout the event. Remember to bring your FAST PASS or Essential Forms with you!
Subschool 1 (Last Name: A – Dr) Room A117 (1st floor)
Subschool 2 (Last Name: Ds – Len) Room E113 (1st floor)
Subschool 3 (Last Name: Leo – Rak) Room F217 (2nd floor)
Subschool 4 (Last Name: Ral – Z) Room E212 (2nd floor)
What if I can’t come to the BBQ? How do I get my schedule? You can turn forms in and receive your schedule in your respective subschool Wednesday, August 31 – Friday, September 2, from 8:00 am – 3 pm OR report to your subschool on the first day of school, September 6th, to turn your forms in and receive your schedule.

DROP OFF MEDICATIONS AT THE CLINIC
Please visit the clinic to drop off your medications. Any medications taken in school must have a parent or guardian-signed authorization; some medications also require physician orders. The required clinic health forms may be found on the Westfield High School web site. Just click the http://www.fcps.edu/WestfieldHS/students/studentpacket/packet.html link and scroll down to the Clinic Information section. Make sure to bring the appropriate completed forms along with the medication.
SUPPORT OUR SILENT AUCTION!
Similar to last year the silent auction will begin with online bidding in advance of live auction! Visit https://www.32auctions.com/bulldogbbqsilentauction16 to bid on a wide selection of items. Online bidding will begin on Tuesday, August 23 at noon, close on Saturday, August 28 at 8 pm and picks up in the cafeteria at the BBQ from 5 - 6:30 pm. Interested in hosting the morning announcements?
Join us for auditions on Tuesday, August 30th from 2 - 4 pm or 5 - 7:30 pm (during the Bulldog BBQ) in the TV Studio. Students in all grades and all levels of experience are welcome. Please bring a friend, our hosts work in pairs! Please contact Mr. Mandigo at mjmandigo@fcps.edu, to let us know what time you would like to audition.

Purchase raffle tickets in front of the library for a chance to win one of the two best student parking spots. Only $5 per ticket or $20 for 5 tickets.

The PTSA is sponsoring a back to school luncheon to welcome back our teachers and staff, as they prepare for a terrific year. Donations of salads are needed, as well as a few volunteers.
