Dear Westfield PTSA,

There are a few requests for food donations and volunteers.  Please take a look and help if you can. Thank you to everyone who has already signed up to help!

1. Teacher Appreciation Dessert Bar:  Please help us treat the teachers to a dessert bar this Friday, May 5th! Requests are for cookies, cakes, pies, and bars. To see what is still needed, please click here.  Thank you!

2. Volunteers are needed to help sell Prom tickets during lunches (11:45 am to 2 pm) from Thursday, May 4th, through Friday, May 12th.  If you can help, please click here.  Thank you!

3. Volunteers are needed at Prom, Saturday, May 13th.  If you can help, please click here.

4. Volunteers are needed to fill PTSA openings for the 2017-2018 school year. The openings are: 1st VP, Secretary, Hospitality, Ways and Means (fundraising other than mulch day), Membership, Bulldog BBQ Coordinator, and Publicity. Please consider volunteering (you can share most of the spots)! Parents/guardians of all grade levels are encouraged to get involved! Rising Freshmen parents/guardians - this is a great way to get to know the school and to help make a difference! Contact Tricia Monroe at triciam224@gmail.com for more information or to volunteer.
